- Deal 3 cards — Discard 1 pre-flop
- Play standard Hold 'Em after
Crazy Pineapple
- Deal 3 cards — Discard 1 after the flop
- Play standard Hold 'Em after
Omaha
- Deal 4 cards to each player
- Must use exactly 2 of your 4 cards & exactly 3 of the 5 community cards
- Community cards flipped one at a time — bet after each flip
Irish Poker
- Deal 4 cards — Discard 2 after the flop
- Play standard Hold 'Em after
Black Mariah
- Queen of Spades (Q♠) kills
- Lowest spade in hand splits the pot (2♠ is lowest)
Iron Cross
- Deal 4 cards to each player & 4 cards to Widow’s Dead Man’s Hand
- Create Iron Cross: one card center, one card on each side
- Expose top & left-of-center cards — Bet
- Expose other 2 side cards — Bet
- Hold cards ready — count to 3; if still in and lose, match the pot
- Flip center card; must beat Widow’s hand or match pot and replay
